By accessing or using RapidHookGen ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RapidHookGen provides AI-powered social media hook generation tools to help users create engaging content. The Service includes:

  • Free tier: Up to 50 hooks per day for registered users
  • Pro tier: Unlimited hooks, premium templates, API access, and priority support
  • Web interface and API access for Pro users

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us of unauthorized account access
3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or prohibited content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Spread misinformation, hate speech, or harassment
  • Generate spam or unsolicited commercial content
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Reverse engineer or copy our algorithms
  • Share API keys or account credentials
  • Resell or redistribute our Service without permission

5. Pro Subscription

5.1 Billing
  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at ₹881.85 (INR)
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
5.2 Cancellation & Refunds
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds for partial months or unused services
  • Refunds may be granted at our discretion for billing errors
5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You will be charged at the then-current rate.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Service Content

All content, features, and functionality of RapidHookGen (excluding user-generated content) are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6.2 Generated Content

You retain ownership of hooks you generate. However, generated content may be similar to content created by other users. We do not guarantee uniqueness or originality.

6.3 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated hooks for your personal or commercial purposes. You may NOT:

  • Claim generated hooks as fully original work
  • Create competing hook generation services using our output
  • Train machine learning models on our generated content

7. API Terms (Pro Users Only)

  • Rate Limits: 5,000 requests per day for Pro users
  • Security: Keep API keys confidential; rotate keys if compromised
  • Attribution: Not required but appreciated
  • Availability: API access is a Pro-only feature

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of generated content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Content will meet your specific needs

Important: Generated hooks are AI-created and may require editing. Always review and customize content before publishing. We are not responsible for how you use generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages from use or inability to use the Service
  • Third-party content or actions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended inactivity
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitations).

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law
